1. 日常檢查攪拌筒拖輪，有無(wú)破損、松動(dòng)及不正常聲音。每月加一次潤(rùn)滑脂。

2. 日常檢查攪拌筒滾道，有無(wú)磨損、損傷及焊縫開(kāi)裂。適時(shí)加涂潤(rùn)滑脂，涂一薄層。

3. 攪拌筒內(nèi)部經(jīng)常性沖洗，鏟刮粘著的混凝土。

1. 日常檢查減速機(jī)有無(wú)漏油，油量是否足夠，油內(nèi)是否有雜質(zhì)。初次換油時(shí)間為500工作小時(shí)，以后每2000工作小時(shí)或一年換一次油。

1. Check the reducer for oil leakage, oil quantity and impurities. The first oil change time is 500 working hours, and then every 2000 working hours or once a year.

2. 每三個(gè)月檢查傳動(dòng)軸法蘭螺栓有無(wú)松動(dòng)，十字軸萬(wàn)向節(jié)有無(wú)松動(dòng)，每月加注一次潤(rùn)滑脂。
