檢查、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題排除故障

攪拌車更害怕在路上罐子不轉(zhuǎn)，混凝土一般停罐不能超過2個(gè)小時(shí)，C40以上級(jí)別的混凝土在路上罐子就不能停。

The mixer truck is most afraid that the tank will not turn on the road. Generally, the concrete tank can not be stopped for more than 2 hours, and the tank of concrete above C40 can not be stopped on the road.

車子啟動(dòng)后，先讓罐子低速旋轉(zhuǎn)，圍繞著車檢查輪胎氣壓，看是否有漏氣的胎，檢查是否有石子、鐵釘之類扎在胎里，及時(shí)清理干凈。

After the car starts, first let the jar rotate at a low speed, check the tire pressure around the car to see if there is a leaking tire, check if there are stones and nails stuck in the tire, and clean it in time.

檢查側(cè)燈務(wù)必保證照著輪胎邊緣，因?yàn)楣さ貢?huì)經(jīng)常亂堆放鋼筋之類雜物，而胎側(cè)是更薄弱的。

因?yàn)榘l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)萬一罐子處于高速旋轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)，瞬間的力會(huì)很大的，傷減速機(jī)和泵馬達(dá)系統(tǒng)。

Because when the engine is started, if the tank is rotating at high speed, the instantaneous force will be great, damaging the reducer and pump motor system.

■檢查特別注意事項(xiàng)

■ inspection precautions

減速機(jī)齒輪油，液壓系統(tǒng)（馬達(dá)、油泵、散熱器）的油工作100小時(shí)更換，以后每1000小時(shí)更換（每年至少更換1次）。

The gear oil of reducer and the oil of hydraulic system (motor, oil pump and radiator) shall be replaced after 100 hours of operation for the first time and every 1000 hours thereafter (at least once a year).

散熱器、傳動(dòng)軸、滾道、拖輪、主槽轉(zhuǎn)軸、操縱桿每月加注一次黃油。

Fill the radiator, transmission shaft, raceway, tug, main slot shaft and control lever with grease once a month.
